Q. Who is Cash Systems Inc?
A. Cash Systems Inc operates as a subsidiary of Moneytree Services, llc, a Licensed Lender of the State of Delaware. All loan transactions will be deemed to have taken place in the offices of Moneytree Services, llc and according to the laws of Delaware, regardless of where you may be viewing or accessing this site.

Q. Is this a cash advance?
A. Our loan service is similar to the more common cash advance services that charge a fee for the use of funds provided to a customer until their next payday. However, our agreement with you is a Loan Agreement.

Q. How much can I get?
A. All customer loan limits will be based on amount of direct deposited income. The more income a customer can provide for our records, the higher the lending amount up to $500.00. As a guideline, a new customer can borrow up to 50% of their net income per pay period. Once a brief lending history has been established with us, a customer's lending limit will be increased to 75% of their net income per pay period.

Q. What if I'm on a fixed income?
A. Cash Systems Inc welcome all Social Security, Disability or Pension recipients to apply. You will not be disapproved simply because of your fixed income status. We know that EVERYONE needs help occasionally.

Q. How do I get 40% Off?
A. We have discontinued our Preferred Customer Program effective June 30, 2005. If your were a previous participant in our Discount Program, you will continue to receive the discounted rate that you earned while the program was active, as long as your account is in good standing with Cash Systems Inc. We hope to again offer the Preferred Customer Discount Program in the future.

Q. Can I get the loan if my credit is not perfect?
A. Yes! Perfect credit is NOT required! All applicants will be given the same consideration. It is our business to help. Our Application Center will work with you to approve your loan request and establish a loan amount that is right for you!

Q. What is the term of my loan?
A. This is a payday loan. Loans terms will vary between 7 to 30 days depending on your next pay date.

Q. Can I get an extension on my loan?
A. Yes! Your loan can be extended until your next payday by faxing the extension request form to our Customer Service Center at 1-800-860-8126. Please obtain the extension request form from your original loan package. Your Finance Charge will be extracted from your checking account to cover for the cost of the extension.
